Return & Refund Policy – Anytime Liquor

At Anytime Liquor, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, the following return and refund conditions apply:

Alcoholic Beverages

  • All sales of alcoholic beverages are final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on alcoholic drinks that have been opened, tampered with, or delivered in good condition.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or expired at the time of delivery.

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence.

Non-Alcoholic Products

  • Non-alcoholic items (such as water, juices, or soft drinks) may be eligible for return or replacement if they are damaged, expired, or incorrectly supplied.

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Verification

  • Customers are advised to inspect all items upon delivery.

  • Once an order has been accepted and the delivery rider has departed, the order is considered completed.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed via bank transfer to the customer’s provided account details.

  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after approval.

Age Restriction

  • Alcohol sales are strictly limited to individuals 18 years and above.

  • Valid identification may be required at the point of delivery. Orders will not be released to underage recipients.
